Pizza al Taglio
The original pan pizza found all over Rome, Italy. 12 slices per pizza.
We use caputo imported Italian tipo 00 flour. Our dough rises for 72 hours, producing a light, easily digestible crust with a higher % of protein & simple sugar for a healthier pizza. We use both house made sauce by Tommy Macri using San Marzano tomatoes, and house made fresh mozzarella.
